FRIDAY NIGHT - NOSOUND
Started as a one-man studio project in 2005 by multi-instrumentalist Giancarlo Erra and evolved then into a full band, Nosound inventively combines influences from ’70s psychedelia, ’80s/’90s ambient, soundtracks, alternative and post-rock.
The music is dynamic and intense, with personal songwriting and using a variety of vintage and modern electronic instruments. Influences range from Pink Floyd to Brian Eno, from Porcupine Tree to Marillion, from Radiohead to Sigur Ros, passing through rock and electronic music.
Signed in 2008 with London based Kscope/Snapper record label and AMF Publishing (Kobalt), Nosound released through the years several albums on CD/DVD/Blu-ray/vinyl, and it’s present on all digital platforms.
Over the years the band collaborated in the studio with musicians like Chris Maitland (ex Porcupine Tree), Tim Bowness (No-Man), Vincent Cavanagh (ex Anathema), Andrea Chimenti.
Nosound played several major festivals and shared the stage with Steve Hackett, Tony Levin, Steve Hogarth, Anathema, and many others.

SATURDAY NIGHT - RANESTRANE
Founded in 1998, RanestRane has ten different album and DVD releases to its credit and a long series of international tours. They represent one of the most active realities of Contemporary Italian Prog Rock.
RanestRane's works are all dedicated to and inspired by great arthouse films: “Nosferatu the Vampire” by W. Herzog, “The Shining” and “2001 A Space Odyssey” by S. Kubrick, a reinterpretation of “The Wall” (Alan Parker and Pink Floyd), “Apocalypse Now” by Francis Ford Coppola.
They were Support Band for Marillion at the "Marillion Weekend 2015" in Port Zealand and at the "Japanese Tour 2018". It has also often opened shows for the Steve Rothery Band on numerous tours from 2014 to today and played with and for Steve Hogarth, for memorable shows at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome; furthermore they both appear as Special Guests in some RanestRane albums.
In addition to the several international tours (Japan, Canada and the whole of Europe), with their own "CineConcerts", RanestRane have participated in the most important Progressive Rock festivals such as Night of The Prog Festival in Loreley, Italian Prog Rock Festival in Tokyo, Veruno Prog Festival, Artrock Festival Reichenbach and Terra incognita Festival Quebec City.
RanestrRane stands out in the Italian progressive scene for its live performances, called 'CineConcerts', during which the band's lyrics and music blend with the original dialogues of a film projected on the screen. These are not simple soundtracks, but rather a real reworking of the filmic work, structured in an attempt to make the listener think that the movie was created for the music and not vice versa. The original sound of the film (sometimes left together with the music of the band) is almost entirely replaced by RanestRane’s lyrics and music, in order to help the audience to follow the natural plot of the film with a multimedia approach.
RanestRane are currently busy in the creation of the new album "The Elephant Man" (a brief preview of which was presented during the "Cinematic Tour 2024"). The new album, to be released in 2025, is inspired by the 1980 film, directed by David Lynch. One of the most intense representations of an internal and social conflict between a body rebelling against common aesthetic norms and a mind eager to demonstrate full belonging to the human race.
